Cancellation

We accept cancellation of an order before the product is dispatched or manufactured. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific charge should be based on the express shipping company you choose.

If, through our fault, the goods received are damaged or faulty, the consumer should not be responsible for the shipping charges incurred as a result.

Refunds (if applicable)

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a refund within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging. For a return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service to ensure that you send the package to the correct address.

Customised

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for a 14-day refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for the transport costs. The specific charge should be based on the express shipping company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or faulty, the consumer will not have to pay the shipping costs for this reason.
Consumers will not be charged a return fee for returning the product.

Once your refund has been received and checked, we will send you an email notification of receipt of your refund. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If your return is accepted, it will be processed and a refund will be automatically issued to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified period of time.

Late or missing returns (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially recorded. Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to be registered. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact support@charmefrancais.com
